Actual shipping and insurance costs on orders outside of the U.S.A. will
be determined and will be included in the order confirmation email. There
will be no
backorders on International Orders. Customer is responsible for any
customs charges.
In the event that order is lost or damaged in transit, customers credit
card will be refunded after the postal insurance has been paid.
Customer must return the damaged merchandise for refund. We do not pay

return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of invoice date.
Shipping fees are not refundable. You
must first contact us via email at info@serenitytreasures.com
to let us know why you
need to return the item, what your invoice number is, and obtain a
return authorization number, with instructions for the return. We do not
pay for the shipping to return merchandise.
